4.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. eclbet reserves the right to return and investigate funds received from unrecognised sources.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). eclbet may request supporting documentation including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, proof of bank account ownership, or proof of payment method.

4.6 eclbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Members are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.
5.1 All bets placed on eclbet are subject to the specific game rules, betting rules, and odds applicable at the time the bet is accepted. These rules are available within the relevant product section of the platform.
5.2 eclbet reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including without limitation in cases of system errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game result, the decision of eclbet shall be final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedure set out herein.

6.5 Each promotion is available once per member, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.

10.2 By registering an eclbet account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
10.3 eclbet may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and other third parties where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.
11.1 eclbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, and self-exclusion to assist members in managing their gambling activity.
11.2 Members experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling are encouraged to use eclbet's self-exclusion facility, accessible from their account settings. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.
